Our first full month in our new home was busy with unpacking, settling in, and starting school.  Corinne, Faelynn, and Dominic liked playing in the yard and all over the house.  The girls were excited to start first grade and pre-school.  Corinne started first grade eager to learn.  Dominic was also eager to learn with her (and play too).  Faelynn started pre-school at St. Matthews where she goes two mornings every week.  She loves being dropped off and walking by herself into the classroom.  Everybody had their first Nebraska haircuts as well as Dominic having his first ever haircut.  He sat quite still in Davina's lap and came out looking like a big boy.  The girls also started their new gymnastics classes.  The facility is quite impressive with a lot of space and equipment.  The girls are excited to learn more.  Also, we celebrated Davina's birthday in grand style with an ice cream cake in the basement.  Finally, we welcomed our first guest - Davina's sister Katherine.  We met her at the airport and treated her to a fine time in the Omaha area with a visit to the Omaha Children's Museum and a tour of the town.  We look forward to settling in more and getting out more in the upcoming months.
